We are on the ground floor, a short walk from East Richmond station and the Swan Street tram. There is two-hour parking on the side streets and a bike rack outside the door.

Tell us what you are after
A few lines go a long way. Mention your hair history, what you want the colour to do and when you are free. If you are booking a wedding, send the date and the venue and we will hold a trial slot.
We cannot confirm a colour appointment without a patch test, so a first booking usually becomes two visits. We will say so up front rather than spring it on you.
Prefer to talk? The salon phone is answered between clients and again at the end of the day.
Before you write
Answers to the usual questions
Most messages fall into one of these four. If yours does not, send it anyway. We would rather answer a question than have you book the wrong appointment.
Usually the same day. Messages that arrive on Sunday or Monday get answered on Tuesday morning, since the salon is closed those days.
A short consult and a patch test come first. We can sometimes do both on the same visit if you book ahead, but the actual colour happens at least 48 hours later.
Only for weddings that are already on the books. Send the date and the venue and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs to open the salon on a Sunday.
Give us 48 hours and there is no charge. A late cancel or a no-show means the colour was already mixed, so we ask for a deposit next time. The full terms sit in our terms and conditions.
