What happens next
Three things before we see you
Nothing else is needed from you right now. Here is the order we work in, so you know what to expect.

We read your note
Your hair history, the date you want and the service you picked. If anything is unclear we will ask before we offer times.

We offer a slot
Usually two or three options by email. Colour first visits need a consult and a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment.
03
You confirm
Reply to the email or call the salon. Once confirmed, the chair is held and we block the full time your colour needs.
Need us sooner?
The salon phone is answered between clients. If your appointment is within 48 hours, call rather than email, since we might not see a message in time.

One quick note
Finding the salon
Vrinelo is on the ground floor of 60 Cremorne Street. The tram on Swan Street stops two minutes away and East Richmond station is a short walk up the hill.
If you are driving, look for two-hour parking on the side streets. We do not have a car park of our own.
